You will be working in close collaboration with Keyrock’s sales, marketing and trading teams to structure the necessary processes to ensure the efficient management of the sales pipeline. Job descriptionnnBuild and grow a dynamic client pipeline, driving Keyrock’s Business Development processnnManage and ensure proper reporting structure, both internally and towards clientsnnWork closely with the Head of Commercial Strategy, other Sales Executives, Product and Marketing teamsnnSupport sales team with the day to day management of the customer relationshipnnSupport marketing campaigns, and helping with activities such as client days, conferences and eventsnnn Background and experiencennEducation: studies in Business, finance, engineering, data science, econometrics or similarnnPassion for and/or knowledge of tradingnnMinimum of 5 years experience with a successful track record of B2B Sales in Crypto and/or finance related environments nnExcellent presentation and communication skills, as well as being able to explain concepts and user stories with confidencennNatural storytelling ability, to weave a narrative of Keyrock’s solutions into a client’s daily lifennnCompetences and personalitynnSelf-motivated and organized with a personal commitment to succeednnExcellent communication skillsnnCapacity to synthesize and organize informationnnLanguages: fluent in English (oral & written)nnnnnOur Recruitment PhilosophynWe believe the most important aspect of our recruitment process is self-awareness: we are looking for people who have a clear understanding of themselves and what they are looking for in their professional career.
