Lionheart Games is looking for an anime-loving Producer with a strong desire to launch games and grow our entire publishing business. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and drive forward our roadmap to ensure on-time delivery throughout the full project life cycle

  • Ensure collaboration across our teams, including leads, developers, artists, and publishers, facilitating communication at all levels

  • Define, share, and follow-up on milestones for our projects

  • Assist in managing relationships with external partners (e.g., outsourcing)

  • Aid in our publishing efforts, stepping in where needed as our studio continues to grow

  • Stay informed on the latest developments for game production in small teams

 

 

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of production experience in a software development field (not necessarily games)

  • Strong communication skills with near-mastery over having difficult conversations

  • Respect for people and team dynamics with a desire to teach and maintain culture

  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with complex cross-functional teams

  • Passion for anime, games, and production

 

 

Preferred

  • Experience managing a team of 15+ game developers

  • Skilled with relevant software, including Notion (or equivalents, e.g. JIRA, Confluence), G Suite, etc.
