We are innovators who thrive on finding wins through improvements to systems, processes, training, and enhanced data intelligence. nnnTHE ROLEnAs the Eventbrite business continues to grow and increase in complexity, we are looking to build on our team of dedicated Salesforce Developers responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce system and the needs of our sales and marketing employee base. Our team has a global footprint, with team members based in Nashville, San Francisco, LA and Cork. nnnnYou Willn* Lead a team of Salesforce developers in complex custom developments of entire applications using Apex and LWCn* Hold the development teams accountable for quality of code, achieving committed work within a sprint or by project deadlinesn* Work with the team to design solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices and introduce new technologiesn* Lead code reviews to ensure best practice coding processesn* Lead the implementation of a CD/CI framework for releasesn* Understand and be able to identify bottlenecks across the system and evaluate performance of various componentsn* Understands and leads the technical design of solutions that acknowledge the limitations of the Salesforce platform, in particular where large data volumes are concernsn* Analyze, evaluate and propose technologies to efficiently address requirements in the software designn* Works with the Director of RevOps and the lead Salesforce Administrator to design the systems architecture of the revops technology stackn* Execute full lifecycle software development using standard configuration, Apex, VisualForce, LWC, API’s and applicationsn* Advanced knowledge and practical experience with application design principles, patterns, and practice in order to provide immediate short and long term solutionsn* Review and debug existing source code and resolve support requests for existing environmentsn* Updates job knowledge by researching new technologies and software products; participates in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizationsnnnnYou Bringn* 2+ years direct people leadership experiencen* 7+ years of Apex, VF and Salesforce application design and development experiencen* 2+ years of Lighting Framework development experience (LWC)n* Solid knowledge and experience in Object-Oriented Design and Programming techniquesn* Expertise in Apex development, including in Trigger Frameworks, TDTM, and governor limitsn* Significant experience with Custom API’s, Web Services and Rest API’s and CI/CD systemsn* Solid experience with Salesforce SalesCloud, Communities, Lightningn* Data management preferred (SQL, XML, JSON)n* Knowledge of Gainsight, Hubspot, Conga of other business systems preferredn* Exposure to Integration and BI Tools such as Mulesoft, Tableau, Salesforce Einstein Analyticsn* Understanding of object-oriented concepts, abstraction/inheritance, as well as experience with object-oriented languagesn* Salesforce Developer Certification (current) preferrednnnnnnWHAT WE OFFERnAt Eventbrite, we strive to support our Britelings and their loved ones through different stages of life with robust and attractive benefits, financial and physical wellness options, and great perks.
