The client I am working with is an end-user who is looking for a D365 Business Analyst who can manage their CRM business systems. Through implementations, maintenance and development of the CRM system, you will be responsible for providing and managing dedicated solutions for business process improvement.
The ideal candidate for this position:
- Able to develop and manage project plans
- Comfortable managing a team
- Experience training staff on CRM system
- Experience in gathering business requirements
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills
